Congress grounds. LYON PRINCE, OTTER KING, BEAR CZAR, CAT QUEEN, HOG EMPEROR, WOLF PRESIDENT, PLATYPUS COUNt, ATTENDANT.

ATTENDANT :
Well then. I officially announce the end of this congress. The decisions taken are : execution of revolutionary leaders, overworking with propaganda, tax terror, Soaplands, totalitarian rule, and big factories.
If I'm fair, none of you are seeing neither the forest nor the trees, but instead how you could chop them up for your own good.

BEAR CZAR :
Attendant, I don't recall you being asked for your opinion.

ATTENDANT :
I excuse myself.

CAT QUEEN :
I'm not sure such an affront can ever be excused. Are you calling me greedy and misguided ?

ATTENDANT :

WOLF PRESIDENT :

HOG EMPEROR :

OTTER KING :
Oh, I should hurry to find hi-

BEAR CZAR :

OTTER KING :
I cannot wait.

ATTENDANT :
I will ask you to discuss this somewhere else. The congress is over, and the grounds are to be deserted.

All but ATTENDANT leave.

ATTENDANT :
Good graces, another congress passes, and still they refuse to alleviate the suffering of their people, only wanting to silence the screaming mouth.

ATTENDANT leaves.
